Charlotte Radler

Biography
Charlotte C. Radler is an Associate Professor in the Theological Studies Department at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Theology from Lund University, Sweden, and a Ph.D. in the History of Christianity from the University of Chicago. Her area of expertise is the History of Christianity from antiquity to the Middle Ages with a special focus on ancient and medieval mysticism, especially Meister Eckhart. She has written several articles on the topic of mysticism and is currently working on a book on the role of love in Meister Eckhart's thought. She has presented papers and lectured widely in North America and Europe to both professional and more general audiences.
